Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.” Rom 13:1

“America has many problems, but one solution. Infinite hours are being spent to alleviate the sufferings of the sins of an immoral society laden with abortion, pornography, drug and alcohol abuse, perversion, tampering with consumer products, violence, corruption in the administration of justice, disobedient children, teen suicide, crime, gambling, vulgarity, media obscenities and neglect of the poor, infirmed and elderly.

But, this nation has one overriding dilemma, and until it is identified and dealt with, the land will never be healed. The problem is, the Church has defected from the faith once delivered to the saints. The salt has lost its savour. Backslidden and powerless, the Church exerts little influence on the world, and indeed, has become a target of influence by the world.

God has chosen only one method by which to do radical surgery upon society; only one means by which He invades mankind’s problems with supernatural solutions – Great Revival.” – Mary Stewart Relfe

***A Chance to Change the Course of Our Nation***

As Believers we should understand the Psalmist when he says, “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God (Ps 20:7). Meaning to say some put their confidence and trust in the strength and power of their natural resources (chariots, horses, military might or power), but the Saints put their hope, trust and confidence in the Name of the LORD – we don’t rely on physical strength or power. We rest securely in that.

Tuesday, November 8, 2016 will determine the direction our Nation will go in for the next four years. The privilege we have as Believers as well as non-believers is to cast a vote for the governing administration that will lead this Nation. We have a constitutional right to vote as long as we meet the qualifications. We also have a responsibility as citizens of this Nation; it is our duty, to vote. And above all, we must humble ourselves and pray for Revival in our Nation. As stated in the quote above, “America has many problems, but one solution.” Let’s vote and let’s keep praying – LORD SEND REVIVAL!!!

"Voting is a right, but it is also a privilege. Not everyone in the United States may vote. As a general matter, only those who have reached a certain age, are mentally competent, and are American citizens, are allowed to vote."
