“Do All To The Glory of God”
A fruitful, vibrant, abundant, faithful, sanctified, glorious life that is evident of the Presence and Power of God working to will and do of His good pleasure is the general rule for the Christian. Rejection, persecution, abandonment, accusations, perils, and even death are some of the discomforts that may result in life from being a child of God but none shall overshadow the goodness of God and the satisfaction He brings to the hungry thirsty soul.
What is happening for you in 2019 thus far? Our prayer is that you are experiencing the goodness of God and the blessing of eternal life that we have in Him. Is there evidence of the True Vine (Jesus) releasing fruit-bearing life in you that brings glory and honor to the Father? Something good ought to be happening as we “Step Into” the totality of our relationship with God.
The relationship is established based on Love: for God so loved… (Jn. 3:16); thou shalt love the Lord your God…(Dt. 10:12; I Cor. 16:22); love one another…(Jn. 13:34; I Jn. 4:7-8). The strength of love is its power to endure, believe, forgive, edify, hope, never fail, be selfless, show humility, be kind, patience, and sincere… according to I Corinthians chapter thirteen.
The theme “Step Into It” sets forth a strategy for embracing and experiencing a further, deeper, and broader impact of the richness of our relationship with God to the degree that there are constant manifestations of His Presence, Power, and Glory in our lives. His life in us igniting a common zeal, enthusiasm, satisfaction, joy and fulfillment to where it becomes clearly evident that Christ is in us and we are achieving His goals and purpose. What a privilege and honor it is to worship and serve the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
Our faith is believing it will happen! Our determination is in making it happen! Our fruit is in letting it happen! The farmer plants the seed. He then lets it grow though he does not know how…first the blade, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear (Mk. 4:28). Step Into It!
"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." 1Co 10:31
