Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.” I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” (II Cor 6:17, 18)
From the beginning of time up until this day, the Father has always wanted fellowship with His people. The celebrated Feasts of Israel center around the reason or purpose for these Feasts – fellowshipping with the Father; they gathered together at the place God chose for His name and presence to abide which was at Jerusalem. During these fall feasts: Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets; Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement; and Feast of Tabernacles, let us draw near with full assurance of faith (Heb 10:22).
This sacred time of the year should be accompanied by heartfelt worship and fellowship with the Godhead: Father; Son; and Holy Ghost. This is a time of introspection – the process of examining our own thoughts or feelings; a reflective looking inward. Here’s what the Message Bible has to say, “Test yourselves to make sure you are solid in the faith. Don’t drift along taking everything for granted. Give yourselves regular checkups. You need firsthand evidence, not mere hearsay, that Jesus Christ is in you. Test it out! If you fail the test, do something about it. I hope the test won’t show that you have failed. But if it comes to that, we’d rather the test showed our own failure than yours. We’re rooting for the truth to win out in you (II Cor 13:5-8).”
This fellowship with the Godhead should not be difficult but delightful; not enslavement/bondage but freedom; not routine but transforming; not dead but alive. Each week TFT is televised on what is called the Community ACCESS Channel via Comcast. All customers subscribing to Comcast Cable have ACCESS – the ability (it’s their choice) to view and participate in our services if they so choose. Likewise, every believer in Jesus has ACCESS to everything in glory and it comes through this fellowship we have with the Godhead.
God is moving in the Body of Christ, the Church is rising to her position of Authority -- Don’t Miss Out!
